Boil 2 cups of water, add 1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds add 15 curry
leaves- it aids digestion and keeps you healthy.
After 5 minutes of boiling on low heat, add ¼ tsp turmeric pdr., 1 tsp
black pepper pdr, mix well
Boil for 5 minutes in low flame, strain at drink on empty stomach. Have breakfast after 45 minutes.
