Ingredients
1 cup moongdal(soaked over night)
1/2 cup ghee
3/4 cup sugar
2-3 cups milk
cardamom powder 1/2tsp
almond, cashew nuts and raisins to garnish
Method
dry the soaked dal for half an hour by spreading it on a cloth ,
then coarsely grind it.
heat a nonstick pan.put ghee in it
add dal in it,fry it till it become golden in colour .
now add milk and mix thoroughly .
next add sugar and mix well.
add cardamom powder and dry fruits in it .
serve hot or cold .
