Ingredients
250 gms or little more than a 1/2 pound cottage cheese(paneer)
250 gms or little more than a 1/2 a pound khoya(mawa)
250 gms or a little more than a 1/2 pound powdered sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
8-10 almonds(half cut)
100 gms or about a cup grated coconut
Method
Heat a heavy pan add khoya in it and fry it as lightly pink and switch off the gas.
In a plate add mashed paneer,khoya mix well.
Add grated coconut and sugar, cardamom powder in khoya and cheese mixture and mix all well.
Take little mixture in hand and make it as barfi shape and put it in plate,one by one.
Take half almonds piece in one barfi as decorate it.
keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour. And it is ready to eat.
