INGREDIENTS
maida 1 cup +
salt to taste
pepper pdr to taste
ghee 2 tbsp+
milk to knead
baking pdr 1/4 tsp
METHOD
mix maida with salt, pepper pdr, baking pdr & ghee well.
than add milk little by little to make a dough like for roti
roll it like a roti, spread little oil/ ghee on it, dust some flour lightly all over it.
roll it tightly into a long roll.
cut it into 1" thickness, then roll each into a small puri
put these puri on a lightly greased plate, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg C for 7-10 minutes till the top has light brown spots & is crisp.
