SWEET CORN BREAD


Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup corn flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup non-fat sour cream
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter  softened


Method
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

In a bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine egg, sour cream, milk, and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour into greased  baking pan. 

Bake at 400 deg. F degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
