Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, plus more for serving
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh blackberries
¼ cup granola
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Directions
Mix the Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a spatula to smooth out the mixture to an even thickness.
Sprinkle the sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, granola, and sliced almonds over the top of the yogurt mixture. Drizzle with more honey or maple syrup.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely frozen.
Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and cut or break it into pieces.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
