Ingredients
flour – 200 gms
eggs – 2 large
Milk – 500 ml
Ham – 130 gms
Cheese – 150 gms
Salt for taste
Oil
Method –
Using a hand whisk, combine the flour, eggs and milk with a big pinch of salt in a large bowl. Heat a pan and apply oil to it. Pour a ladle full of batter and tip the pan so the mixture fills the entire pan to make into a crepe. Cook for 30 seconds, then flip and scatter with some cheese and ham, cover and cook until the cheese is melting. Remove from the pan and add a sprinkle of pepper on top.
