Ingredients
Rolled Oats – 1 Cup
Onion – 1 No.
Pepper or chili flakes – 1/2 Tsp
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Oil
Method:
Take rolled oats in a bowl and add water to it. Soak the
oats for 30 mins. After 30 mins, put the soaked oats in a mixer jar.
Add
onions, salt, pepper powder or chilly flakes to the mixer jar. Grind it
all well without adding water. Remove the batter from the mixer jar and
add a little water if it is too thick. Heat a pan and apply oil. Take a
ladle full of batter and pour on the pan make the pancakes. Apply ghee
on the sides for added crispiness and flavor. Once the pancake is cooked
on both the sides, remove it from the pan and serve it hot with some
spicy tomato chutney or any other chutney of your choice.
