Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup whole fat milk
1 tablespoon dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Optional Ingredients
¼ teaspoon cacao nibs
Sprinkle of sea salt
Directions
In a medium, unheated saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cacao powder, and cornstarch.
Add the cold milk, and stir until fully mixed.
Over medium heat, bring it to a boil while continuously stirring, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Once boiling, lower the heat to low, and stir for another minute. Add the chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
Pour the pudding into a glass container, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until cold, about 1 hour.
