Wondering what is veg egg. It is shaped like an egg, full of protein like egg, when you cut it you can see yolk and white just like in boiled egg ! Very simple, no cooking !
Ingredients
soft paneer as needed
pdr sugar as needed
saffron soaked milk little
rub the paneer well to get it smooth like it is done for gulab jamun / rasgulla
divide paneer into 1/3rd and 2/3 rd roughly
in 1/3rd add saffron soaked milk, little pdr sugar and mix well
roll it into perfect rounds, to make it hard keep ti in the fridge
in the 2/3 rd paneer, add pdr sugar, knead well to mix, keep it in the fridge
once hard,take white paneer ball bigger than the yellow one prepared
make like a long cup, if not take part make a small cup keep the yellow ball inside
take some more white paneer, to cover the top
once you've shaped it like an egg, again keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes
roll the eggs in powdered sugar if you feel like or you can roll in coloured vermicelli or to fool your friends and family coat part of in melted chocolate . It will make them wonder what new form of boiled eggs are these ! Have some fun. ask them to cut and see !
