Quick healthy, easy protein rich wrap

 

Mix equal parts pf peanut butter and vanilla Greek yogurt

Spread ¼ cup on wrap shell, spread some banana slices, nuts or granola

Wrap the roti/ tortilla well, cover with aluminum foil.
