Fruity-yogurt snack- healthy

 

Greek yogurt  1/3 cup in a container, add ½ cup layer of fruits-like frozen berries

Add another 1/3 up Greek yogurt and top with 2 tablespoons of nuts/ granola

  This is a simple, quick, easy to assemble breakfast, healthy, protein rich, fiber, minerals.
