Ingredients
poha 1 cup
onion 1 big finely chopped
potatoes 2 big boiled, peeled and mashed
green chilies 2-3 chopped fine
ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
hing little
salt to taste
turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
oil for shallow frying
breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp as needed
METHOD
put poha/ avil in a colander wash it well under the tap, keep it aside to become soft.
in a big bowl, add chopped onion, ginger, green chilies, hing, turmeric pdr, coriander leaves, mashed potatoes, salt and mix well.
add the soft poha, mix well, add breadcrumbs as needed for you to form cutlets, and also coat them lightly before shallow frying in a pan.
You can fry them in air-fryer of you've, by lightly lightly brushing them with oil @ 180 deg. for 8-10 minutes, till crisp.
