Ingredients :
Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp.
Applesauce - 2 tbsp.
Egg - 1
Vanilla Extract - 1/4 tsp.
Maple syrup - 1 tsp.
Almond flour - 3 tbsp.
Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Baking powder - 1/8 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Apple - 1 tbsp. (finely chopped)
Walnuts - a handful
Method :
Place the butter in a microwave-safe mug, and melt it in the microwave on low power.
Whisk the applesauce, egg, vanilla, and maple syrup together.
