Hormonal balance plays a key role in everything from energy levels and mood to metabolism and reproductive health, and while no single food can “fix" hormonal imbalances, a nutrient-rich diet can help support overall hormonal function. That’s where these wholesome Dry Fruit and Seed Laddus come in.
Made with a powerhouse blend of almonds, cashews, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, makhana, roasted coconut, sesame seeds, and naturally sweet dates, these bite-sized treats are packed with healthy fats, fibre, protein, and essential vitamins and minerals. Flaxseeds and sesame seeds are rich in lignans that may support healthy estrogen metabolism, while pumpkin and sunflower seeds provide zinc, magnesium, and vitamin E—nutrients that contribute to normal hormone production and overall wellness. Almonds and cashews offer healthy fats and antioxidants, makhana adds a satisfying crunch, and dates naturally sweeten the laddus while providing fibre and minerals.
