Cut the tops of the tomatoes, and empty the flesh inside. Keep the tops, and place the tomatoes in a baking dish. Finely chop the onion with the garlic clove and parsley Add this mixture to the sausage meat, salt, pepper, and mix well.
Put a little raw rice at the bottom of each tomato, to absorb the excess moisture.
Place the seasoned sausage meat or soya granules + paneer in each tomato.
Place tops on stuffed tomatoes and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Stuffed tomatoes are ready to eat.
