Pasta Chips
Boil 5 cups water in a large pot. Add salt. Cook pasta al dente and drain.
Toss the pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Air fry at 205ºC for 12 minutes, tossing a couple times.
Dip
Add crumbled feta to a blender. Add in hung curd and garlic and blend. Add olive oil. Mix.
Drizzle salt and olive oil on cut cherry tomatoes and roast for 15 minutes at 220ºC.
Top dip with roasted cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
