Ingredients and Preparations
carrots 3 big grated
zucchini 2-3 big grated
onion 2 big sliced
oil 2 tbsp
salt to taste
turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
green chilies finely chopped to taste OR pepper pdr to taste
coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
butter/ oil to cook
whole wheat flour 2=3-4 tbsp
Mix the grated veges, onion, salt, turmeric pdr, green chilies, oil well, add flour mix well.
Grease a pan or tawa with oil / butter, spread this mixture well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
turn, add some oil/ butter of needed, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes, serve hot, cutting into small piece
