What's more delicious than a peanut butter
snack? One that comes without guilt because it's also healthy! These
peanut butter banana bars have healthy oats and them and are packed with
nutrients, but not with calories..
Ingredients:
Banana - 4 medium
Peanut Butter - 6 tbsp. (all-natural)
Rolled Oats - 2 cups
Method of Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-by-13 inch glass
baking dish.
Mix the three ingredients together until the mixture reaches the
consistency of wet cookie dough (This is where you might need to add
more oats if the bananas are too large).
Spread the dough evenly in the baking dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes,
until a toothpick comes clean out. Cut into bars and enjoy!
