Preparation
Take a pan put 1/4th cup butter. Add half cup milk to it.
After that, add cheddar cheese,
mozzarella cheese, cream cheese and then corn (microwaved for 30
seconds).
Add pinch of salt cook for 15 minutes.
In another, pan keep pasta (soaked and cooked).
Add these mixture to the pasta and allow it to cool completely.
After that, make them into balls.
Take oil for the deep fry.
Dip these balls in cornflour and then in ghee and spices.
Fry till the colour changes to light brown.
Enjoy it with mint chutney.
