Ingredients and Preparations
Finely chop/ grate thin long strips of cabbage 1 medium size
add 3 eggs, salt and pepper to taste ,mix well
grease a pan well with butter
spread the cabbage mixture to cover the entire pan, cover and cook on low flame for 4 minutes
'use a plate to turn it over, spread red sauce or pizza sauce, spread mozzarella cheese slices on top, cover and cook the pan, till cheese melts, remove the cover, let it cook for a minute, serve hot healthy omelette
