Ingredients:
- ½ cup sama ke chawal
- ¼ cup kuttu atta
- 1 boiled potato
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chili
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1½ cups water
- Rock salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and green chilies.
- Add boiled potatoes and sauté.
- Stir in barnyard millet and cook for 1 minute.
- Add water and rock salt, and let it cook until soft and fluffy.
- Sprinkle buckwheat flour for a nutty flavour, mix well, and serve hot.
