Italian Coconut Macaroons - egg-less and gluten free

 cookie recipes

 A delicious, flour-less recipe that takes very little time and effort to prepare.  

Ingredients:  

14oz (1 can) condensed milk  

16oz coconut, desiccated  

2 tsp vanilla extract  

 

Preparation:  

Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).  

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until the mixture is consistent.  

Use a teaspoon to measure the size of each macaroon and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.
