Ingredients:
Popcorn kernels - 1/2 cup
Canola oil - 2 tbsp.
Agave nectar - 3 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Salt - to taste
Method of Preparation:
Pour the canola oil and 2-3 popcorn kernels into a large pot with a
tight-fitting lid.
Place over a high heat, and when the kernels pop, add
the remaining kernels and move the pan around over the heat until all
the popcorn has popped.
In a small bowl, mix the agave nectar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour this
mixture over the popcorn in the pan and toss with a wooden spoon.
Lay the popcorn out on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 375°F
oven (190°C) oven for 10 minutes.
