Ingredients
- A handful of raw spinach
- 1 ripe avocado or banana
- 1 green apple
- ½ cup (120 ml) milk
- 1 cup (245 g) of plain yogurt.
1. Wash the spinach and apple.
2. Cut the fruit into big slices.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If the
smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk until you reach your
desired consistency.
