Baked healthy pancake- no oil !

INGREDIENTS AND METHOD

oats  1/2 cup

warm water 100ml

mix both together and keep aside for5 minutes, till water is absorbed and you can press well the oats

onion 1 small OR 1/2 of big onion finely chopped

capsicum 1/2 finely chopped

eggs

salt 1/3 tsp

pepper pdr to taste OR green chilies to taste finely chopped

cheese grated 50 gm

beat eggs well, add onion, capsicum, salt and pepper pdr beat well, add cheese and beat well.

garlic 1-2 crushed or chopped fine, add to the mixture

add the soft oats to the egg mixture, mix well

Pre-heat oven @ 180 C

spread butter paper on the baking tray spread about 2 tbsp of the batter and make small pancakes as many as you can on the sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Very healthy, no oil, very filling, weight loss breakfast, as it will keep you full for long, due to fiber on oats , protein from cheese and eggs, vitamins for veges, you may add carrots finely grated, olives too. It will last for 3 days in the fridge, you can warm and eat with ketchup, curd as per your wish.
