Oats pancake- healthy, aids weight loss

 INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATIONS

oats 2 cups, powder well in the mixer jar

warm milk 2 cupsoats pancake,

add milk little at a time and keep mixing well, keep it aside for 10 minutes

cabbage 250 gm roughly finely chopped/ grated

add  1/2 tsp salt to cabbage mix well keep it aside till needed

eggs 3 beat well adding 1/4 tsp salt

carrot 60 gm grated fine

scallion / spring onion small 3 chop fine

green chilies chop fine to taste  OR add pepper pdr to taste

Beat eggs well, add the carrot, spring onion, salt well, then add oats mixture

squeeze water from cabbage well mix all well

Heat a tawa or pan, grease with little oil spread big pancake, cook well on both sides

serve with spiced curd or chutney of your choice or ketchup
