Ingredients:
500g mango pulp
1/2 cup sugar or less depending on how sweet you like
2 packs of mango jelly
1 pack whipping cream
Preparation:
Add one cup of water and the mango jelly crystals to the mango pulp in a vessel.
Keep stirring the mixture on low heat until the crystals dissolve.
Meanwhile, add sugar to the cream and whip it.
Let the mango mixture sit for some time. Once it cools down, add the whipping cream to the same and mix well.
Now, transfer the mixture to serving bowls and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Garnish it with some cream and serve chilled.
