Ingredients
besan/ chickpea flour 1/2 cup
castor sugar 3/4 cup ( unless those who like it sweet, may add more sugar)
ghee/ clarified butter less than 1/2 cup ( as when you microwave, you need less ghee)
milk 2 tsp
METHOD
first heat ghee for a minute, if it is not melted
mix sugar, besan well, add to ghee, mix well, add milk
micro high for 3 minutes, keep stirring after each minute
depending on the power of your microwave, you may need another minute
you'll notice the mixture bubbling, let it remain in microwave
after few minutes, cut into desired shape
ps- if you use less ghee, then it will last easily for 3 days, as the quantity is less, it will get over quickly.
Another important note, use a smaller micro safe dish, for this quantity, as I did in a big one, so couldn't cut into pieces, so I made small balls & distributed for Navarathri.
As Diwali is coming, this is an easy sweet to make & please all.
