Ingredients
grated jaggery 2 tbsp
water 400 ml
dry ginger pdr. a pinch
cardamom crushed 2
crushed peppercorns 3-4 ( optional)
METHOD
mix jaggery in water, let it dissolve completely. filter it.
add dry ginger pdr., crushed cardamom & crushed pepper if using.
mix well, serve it chilled or at room temperature.
