Buckwheat pancake( Kuttu Chilla)

Ingredients
buckwheat flour/ kuttu flour  4-5 tbsp
1 tbsp deseeded & finely chopped green chillies
sea salt to taste
ghee/ clarified butter  2 tsp
curd as neede for batter

For Garnishing
ghee
deseeded & finely chopped green chilli
curd
mint leaves

METHOD
mix flour, green chilli, salt, curd to make the batter
heat a tawa / griddle, pour batter, sprinkle ghee all around, cook on both sides till done
repeat the process with remaining batter
garnish the prepared chilla/ pancake with chilli, curd, mint & curd. serve at once.
