Ingredients and Prep
½ cup ghee , once ghee melts, add besan 1 tbsp and fry for 2-3 minutes
Add Suji 1 cup fry well till light brown, add cream 2-3 tbsp
Mix well keep aside
1 cup sugar , ½ cup water, make 1 string syrup
Pour over suji mixture, cook for some time, add 3 tbsp milk pdr, keep cooking till it leaves the sides of the pan, add cardamom pdr, mix well.
Grease a plate, spread on it sprinkle some chopped nuts, press it down, let it cool, then cut into desired shapes.
