PEAS CUTLETS



INGREDIENTS
Green peas 1 cup
Potato boiled, peeled and mashed ½ cup
Green chilies 2-3 finely chopped
Grated cheese 1 cup
Corn flour roughly 3 tbsp
Bread 4-5 slices
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying

METHOD
Mash the potatoes and green peas, lightly dip bread slices in water, squeeze out well, crumble and add to the peas mixture along with seasoning and corn flour, mix well.
Make small cutlets, you may shape them as desired, shallow fry in a hot oil till crisp on both sides, serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
