INGREDIENTS
rice 1 ½ cups
rice 1 ½ cups
Corn boiled ¾ cup
Carrot chopped ½ cup
Spring onion chopped with leaves ½ cup
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tsp
Salt to taste ( remember the sauces have salt too, so use less)
Method
Cook the rice with salt till done but firm.
Heat oil, add spring onion and capsicum, fry with wee bit of salt for few
minutes\add corn and carrot, fry for 2-3 minutes, add the sauces, salt mix
well, add rice, mix well, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes, so the flavours can be well mixed.
serve hot, with some spiced curd or vegetable raita.
