KHERU OR SPICED CURD SOUP !



INGREDIENTS
Oil 1 tbsp
Jeera/ cumin ½ tsp
Coriander seeds ½ tsp ( those who don’t like to taste the whole seed may use its powder)
Red chilies broken into pieces 2-3
Cinnamon stick 1”
Turmeric  pdr. 1/8 tsp
Red chili pdr. 1/8 tsp
Onion 1 sliced
Water about 3 tbsp
Curd beaten well 1 bowl
Salt to taste

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan, fry jeera, red chilies, cinnamon, if adding coriander seeds, fry them or add onion, after they become transparent, add coriander powder, haldi, chili pdr,, water, mix well, add curd, salt to taste, keep stirring on low flame till oil floats on top, remove from gas and serve hot in winter, or cold in summer.
Ps- when drunk hot, it will keep you warm in winter and when you’ve it cold in summer it will keep you cool !  It is good for digestion.
