INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower 1 small
Green peas 2 cups
Butter 2 tbsp
Cheese grated 3 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE WHITE SAUCE
Butter 3 tbsp
Refined flour or wheat flour 3 tbsp
Milk 3 cups
METHOD
Remove small florets from the cauliflower.
Boil till the cauliflower and peas and strain
For the white sauce
Heat butter and the flour on a low flame, fry for 2 minutes, add milk
slowly stirring continuously and see no lumps are formed, cook till sauce
thickens, season it lightly with salt and pepper pdr, mix the peas and
cauliflower.
Grease a baking dish, pour the mixture, cover with grated cheese, and cook
till cheese melts in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for roughly 10 minutes or till
cheese melts.
