Crisp Brinjal / aubergine



Cut brinjal into round pieces around 1/2" thick each
Sprinkle salt, spices of your choice, let it marinate for about 20 minutes
Then shallow fry in a hot pan with little oil, till crisp on both sides, serve hot with lightly spices curd.
It can be served as a starter and along with rice/ roti.
