Pear-apple-dates smoothie

INGREDIENTS
pear 1 chopped
apple 2 tbsp or more
dates 5 chopped ( optional)
cashew nuts 1 tbsp chopped
milk about 250 ml or more

METHOD
put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. serve at once
This smoothie made this morning, as we can get the freshness of fruits along with calcium n protein from milk, protein from nuts, fibre from fruits and dates.

ps- you can make with whatever fruit you've in any combo, as day before made with apple and pomegranate and milk. Instead of dates, you may add figs, prunes or raisins, whatever you've.
