INGREDIENTS
vegetable stock 6 cups
noodes 1/2 cup
cabbage finely chopped 2 cups
carrot finely chopped 1/2 cup
onion finely chopped 1 cup
celery chopped 1 cup ( optional)
tomatoes 2 chop ( one use for stock)
oil 3 tbsp
salt and pepper pdr. to taste
chili sauce 1/2 tsp
potato 1
METHOD
prepare stock by boiling onion, 1 tomato, 1 potato in 7 cups of water
when vegetables are cooked, strain and use the water as stock, which should
be about 6 cups
take stock in a big vessel, boil, add salt, add
noodles, stir, when it boils, add cabbage, carrot, onion, celery, cook on lo
flame till the veges and noodles are tender.
heat oil, saute tomato which is skinned and chopped, add pepper pdr. , add
to the soup, check for salt, let it simmer for a minute, add chili sauce and
serve hot.
This will make a
meal in itself , at the most have with a slice of toasted brown bread.
