Avocado
It makes a wonderful afternoon snack with salt and chili powder !when it is frozen, taste like a popsicles.
Chocolate
Chocolates when frozen, stays longer in your mouth, as it will be cold and hard to bite initially, so, you'll be happy just one small piece than gorging down a whole pack.
Bananas
Freezing bananas removes the odd after taste which puts some people off the fruit totally. Frozen bananas are easier to mash and make milkshakes, and it also tastes like a fruity popsicle.
Peas
Normally we all have frozen peas in our freezer, have you tried eating it straight out of the freezer with out thawing it, if not try, it makes a delicious crunchy snack, you can salt and pepper if you like. It is full of protein and fibre too !
Grapes
Frozen grapes taste even better than candies and more nutritious too, go for it, to eat healthy.
Peanut butter
Make your own peanut butter and chocolate treat, by first melting chocolate in the microwave or over double boiler, add peanut butter, once chocolate is melted, mix well, once cool, roll and store in the freezer, to make your own delicious treat. Or to make it healthier, add some cornflakes too, it give it a crunchy taste.
Strawberries
It is sad to see strawberries getting spoiled quickly when you keep in the fridge, try storing them in the freezer, as the taste remains the same and the crunchiness will delight you.
Cakes
Some like their cakes fresh and warm straight out of the oven, like my children, as it tastes really good. But, some who aren't too fond of cakes, go for the ones that are frozen with icing on it !
Nuts
Some nuts spoil quickly when they're kept out, hence I store my nuts in the fridge, but storing them in the freezer makes them crunchier !
Mangoes
The king of fruits, is sadly seasonal, if you want to enjoy them throughout the year, best make mango puree or take out the pulp, mash it, put it first in your ice-tray, once cubes set, put them in zip-lock bags to store them. It will be easy to use, as you can take out as many cubes as you want each time, whether to make a smoothie or an ice-cream or a cake !
