TIPS TO MAKE EGG-LESS CAKE

To make an eggless cake, take a tested chocolate cake recipe & substitute every 3 eggs in it with 50 gm of maida/. flour,   50 gm of sugar & 50 gm of butter,
Add an extra teaspoon of baking powder to the recipe & 4 tablespoons of milk.

If you're using a recipe with baking soda in it, make sure to balance the acidity, add orange juice or yoghurt or vinegar.
