BREAD DAHI VADA

INGREDIENTS
bread slices    12 cut the corners
hung curds   2 1/2 cups
cashew nuts  2 tbsp. chopped
raisins   2 tbsp
cucumber  2 tbsp chopped
fried bundis    2 tbsp ( optional)
coriander leaves   3 tbsp chopped
ghee   1 tsp
cumin/ jeera    1 tsp
sugar  1/2 tsp 
salt to taste
chilli pdr.   1/4 tsp
green chillies   2 finely chopped
ginger   1" finely chopped

METHOD
beat curds to a smooth consistency with 1/2 tsp salt & sugar.

roast cumin in a dry pan & when cool, powder it
fry raisins & cashew nuts in ghee till golden & keep it aside
squeeze out water from cucumber, mix it with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, cashew nuts, raisins & add 1/4 tsp salt.
pour little curd on a large plate, take a bread slice, put a tsp. of filling in the centre, fold the slice in half, press slightly. repeat with all slices in the same way.
saving some curds, pour the rest over the bread stuffed, chill it, till serving time.
before serving, pour the remaining curds over the bread slices, sprinkle cumin pdr., chilli pdr., sprinkle little boondi. 
those who like, may serve some sweet tamarind chutney on top.
This is a good snacks during hot summer season.
it is healthy, as it isn't fried like normal vadas.
