BREAD PANEER CUTLETS

INGREDIENTS

bread slices    8-10
paneer/ cottage cheese     250 gm
hung curds   1/2 cup
green chillies  2-3 or to taste
ginger 1/2" finely chopped or grated
coriander leaves finely chopped  3 tbsp
corn flour   3 tbsp
salt & pepper pdr. to taste
oil for frying


METHOD

soak bread in curds, crumble it well.
grate / crumble paneer, add to the bread mixture.
add chillies, ginger, chopped coriander leaves, corn flour, salt & pepper, knead well.
make small cutlets, deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
