INGREDIENTS
avocado 1 peeled & chopped roughly
fresh green coriander leaves a bunch
green chillies to taste
salt to taste
ginger 1/2" chopped
lime juice of 1/2 lime or to taste
METHOD
grind all together fine in a mixer.
you can use it a spread for sandwiches, or mix with hot rice.
