SWEET AND SPICY APPLE PICKLE

INGREDIENTS

apple    1 kg
red chilli pdr.   50 gm
vinegar   750 gm
salt to taste
sugar   4 tsp
cloves crushed  1/2 tsp

METHOD

pour vinegar into a glass jar.
add chilli pdr, sugar, salt & cloves.
stir well for 5 minutes.
wash, wipe , dry & the  chop apples in small pieces & put them in the jar.
cover &  keep the jar out in the morning sunlight for 2 weeks.
shake the bottle daily.
serve the pickle after 2 weeks.
