Schezwan Style Corn (India-China Fusion)

  

 Ingredients



Method
  1. Add sweet corn pellets to boiling water and boil for 3 minutes
  2. Strain out water. In a bowl, add the sweet corn kernels and add chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, Schezwan sauce, soya sauce and add the chopped spring onion mix well.
  3. Garnish with spring onion and shredded carrot and serve hot.
