Ingredients
40 gm oil
55 gm powdered sugar
90 ml milk
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
85 gm maida
2 1/4 tsp cornflour
1/2 + 1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp milk powder
Method
Mix vinegar in the milk and keep aside for 10 mins.
In a bowl take oil, powdered sugar and the above mixture. Whisk well.
Then sieve all dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients. Mix well to get a smooth batter.
Pour in cup cake mould and tap well. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 15 -20 mins.
