Bread goat cheese vadai

 INGREDIENTS

bread  slices 6 crumbled

semolina   1/4 cup

rice flour 1cup

curd 3/4 cup

onion 1 big finely chopped

ginger paste 1 tsp

goat cheese grated  1/2 cup (optional) you may add paneer crumbled / cream cheese, which are optional

green chilies finely chopped 2

curry leaves finely chopped 1 tsp

coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tsp

jeera  1 tsp

salt to taste


METHOD

mix all the ingredients well, if you want, you may crumble the slices in the mixer jar and add

once you mix all well, crumbling well the ingredients, it will come together as a smooth dough

grease well with oil your palms, take a big lemon size dough, roll and flatten in your palm, make a hole in the center, slowly slide into medium hot oil, fry till brown on both sides, drain well, remove on kitchen paper, to drain the excess oil, serve hot.

Serve hot with coconut chutney made with fresh grated coconut 1 cup, green chilies & salt to taste, roasted dal / pottukadalai 1/2 cup, coriander leaves 2 tbsp, grind all to a smooth paste adding little water.Temper the chutney with 1 tsp oil- add mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, urad dal 1 tsp, little hing and 1 dry red chili, few curry leaves torn with hands.
