Sabudana Waffle

Well, we've all heard and eaten sabudana kichadi, vada, kheer and also vadam- like dried papads to fry and eat. But, today, for the 1st time, saw a chef making sabudana waffle. Wanted to share with you all. I may miss some ingredients, I'm sure one can always add what they like, that's what I do, when I try any recipe, substitute with either what I've or what masala I like. I'm sure there's no hard and fast rule that one must use only these masalas always, try a different taste, I like to experiment too.

INGREDIENTS

sabudana 1 cup, washed, soaked for 3-4 hours and drained well

Potatoes 2 big mashed

onion 1 finely chopped
