EGG-LESS MARBLE-CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Maida/ all purpose flour  200 gm

Sugar 180 gm

Butter 1 cup

baking pdr  ½ tsp

Aerated water ( soda) 200 ml

Milk pdr 2 tbsp

Vanilla essence ½ tsp

 cocoa pdr. 2 tbsp

METHOD

Add the dry ingredients in a bowl, add soda, mix well, to get the batter as for cake.

Divide the batter into 2, in 1 part add 2 tbsp cocoa pdr., mix well

In a greased baking dish, put the batter alternately, then give a swirl with the spoon/ knife

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 deg. C for 20-25 minutes or till done.
